White Chocolate Pretzels



8- 2 oz. sq vanilla flavored white candy coating
6 oz salted Spanish peanuts
3 cups mini pretzels (thin)

Make 1/2 batch at a time

In large quart bowl microwave 8 oz candy coating on high for 1 minute, stir, then for 15 seconds, stir until completely melted. Do NOT over cook! If it is too hot it will harden. 

Mix pretzels and peanuts into candy coating and place them on wax paper. Coating will harden as it cools.
